We all like to eat a nice dessert after a good meal, but we often have to fight with our health or diet… and you know who is the winner.
This is not the case!! Low-fat Greek yogurt, (naturally low-fat) ricotta, no sugar added, the only unhealthy parts are shortbread and a little butter, but they are nothing compared to the whole dessert and its great and refreshing taste.
Try it, you won’t regret it!

Ingredients per portion

  • 60 g of low-fat vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
  • 60 g of ricotta
  • Honey, a bit
  • Frozen berries

For the crumble

  • 30-40 g of shortbread
  • 10 g of melted butter

Directions

  1. Crush the cookies by hand, eventually putting them in a freezer bag.
  2. Add the melted butter and pass everything in the oven or air fryer for 5-10 minutes (in the air fryer I closed the cookies in the parchment paper to prevent them from flying…)
  3. Pour the crumble into a tumbler.
  4. In a bowl, work the ricotta with the yogurt, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  5. Add a little honey to sweeten the cream.
  6. Pour the cream directly onto the biscuit base and level it.
  7. Boil the berries shortly, or simply thaw them, depending on the type of frozen berries, then add them to the cream by decorating with a little mint.
  8. Add powdered sugar to taste when serving.
