Amazing Cooking Experience with Chef Carlo! My husband and I had such a wonderful time at our cooking class with Chef Carlo in Florence! He made the entire experience so much fun and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We loved learning how to prepare authentic Italian food while enjoying plenty of laughs along the way. Chef Carlo made everything easy to follow, and the food was absolutely delicious! This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Italy and an experience we will always remember. If you’re visiting Florence, we highly recommend booking a cooking class with Chef Carlo. You won’t be disappointed!
We had the best evening with Carlo at a private cooking class at his home! We also stayed in the Airbnb he owns, so we were able to meet him beforehand. He let us choose one of the dishes we’d be making (ravioli). Carlo was patient, kind, and welcoming. The dinner we had was the best meal we had while in Italy - Ravioli, Cacio e Pepe, and Tiramisu. Wine was served throughout the class, and we also got to try his homemade Limoncello! Everything about the class exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend. Also, his dog made a surprise visit, and she’s cute as can be😊

Excellent experience. Highly recommend. Carlo met us at the market to show us around. He expertly handled a change in menu due to my daughter's food allergy. After a short walk from the market to his home, we started a class that will not be forgotten. Carlo was very kind and patient with my daughter who's only cooking skills were microwaving. Now she can add homemade pasta, handmade ravioli and delicious Tiramisu. Thank you, Carlo!!!
Our private cooking class with Carlo was the highlight of our trip! If you enjoy being immersed in the culture of locals then this class is a great choice. We spent the evening in Carlo’s home kitchen making pasta and sharing conversation. You can tell Carlo takes great pride in his work and is an exceptional cook. We have been in Italy for over a week now and this was definitely the best meal! If you wonder if Carlo is the right person to book with, look no further! It doesn’t get better than Carlo!
An Unforgettable Culinary Experience with Chef Carlo (and Nila!) 🇮🇹🍝👨🍳🐕🦺 We had the absolute pleasure of being welcomed into Chef Carlo’s home for a private cooking class, and it was nothing short of amazing.
Carlo’s class was great, beyond expectations!! We cooked two pastas (ravioli and spaghetti alla chitarra cacio e pepe) and tiramisù. Carlo is very patient and explained step by step! And during the process he gave precious tips that you usually don’t find in the books and that really make a difference! He also gives information on how to cook a healthier pasta, which was very nice to know about! I would absolutely recommend Carlo’s class to anyone willing to know how to make great pasta!! Don’t even think twice, that’s the class you are looking for!! 🙂
Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. To top it off, his homemade limoncello was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Carlo. If you enjoy cooking or simply want a memorable cultural experience, his class is an absolute must.
Carlo’s cooking class was an amazing experience. Not only did my boyfriend and I learn how to make pasta and my favorite dessert (tiramisu), we learned so much about high quality pasta, the history of Italian cuisine and how the most simplest ingredients can make the most delicious dish if you take your time and put your heart into it. When welcomed to Carlo’s home, you can sense his love and dedication to being a chef and instructor. I will definitely book more classes with him when I return to Florence but for now, I can’t wait to practice everything I’ve learned. Grazie mille, Carlo!
Carlo exceeded our expectations and was the perfect instructor and host today. He was a wealth of culinary knowledge and a gentleman to us. Our only regret is that we had to say goodbye to this wonderful man.
