Tagliatelle with tomatoes

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into chunks.
  2. Put the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion, brown for 3 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes to the onion, and salt and cook for about twenty minutes.
  4. Cook the tagliatelle then put them in the pan with the tomatoes and mix.
  5. Serve tagliatelle adding dry ricotta shavings on top.
