A great dish to save your dinner: quick, easy, healthy and very tasty
Ingredients
- 500 gr. of spaghetti (see pasta making section to make your homemade pasta)
- 400 gr. of prawns
- 1 very ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Parsley
Directions
- Boil salted water and cook the prawns for 3-5 minutes or until they are dull.
- Drain them and let them cool.
- In a cup mix the oil, vinegar, parsley, and a little salt.
- Peel and cut the avocados into thin slices.
- Cover shrimp and avocado with the vinegar sauce
- Boil the pasta and mix it with the avocado sauce out of the fire.
