Spaghetti prawns, avocado and balsamic vinegar

  1. Boil salted water and cook the prawns for 3-5 minutes or until they are dull.
  2. Drain them and let them cool.
  3. In a cup mix the oil, vinegar, parsley, and a little salt.
  4. Peel and cut the avocados into thin slices.
  5. Cover shrimp and avocado with the vinegar sauce
  6. Boil the pasta and mix it with the avocado sauce out of the fire.
