Gnocchi with prawns and aromatic butter

A last minute recipe, if you have homemade frozen gnocchi as I always do, yet so tasty

  1. Chop 4 large sage leaves, the leaves from 3-4 sprigs of thyme, and an equal amount of marjoram. Mix the herbs with the softened butter until well combined to create an aromatic butter. Keep in the fridge while preparing the rest.
  2. Shell the prawns and remove the black vein.
  3. Sauté them in a small pan with a drizzle of olive oil and a knob of the aromatic butter for 2 minutes.
  4. Boil the gnocchi and, as soon as they float to the surface, drain them directly into a pan with the remaining aromatic butter.
  5. Finish by adding the prawns.
  6. Enjoy your meal!
