Linguini with fish fillet tomato and olives

A classical and easy summer dish.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of linguini (see pasta making section to make your homemade pasta)
  • 300 g of sea bass fillets or other fish in chunks
  • 300 g of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of chopped basil
  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley
  • 50 g of Riviera olives
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • The tip of 1 chili pepper

Directions

  1. Saute the garlic, chili pepper, chopped herbs in the oil then brown the sea bass chunks
  2. add the tomato, salt and pepper
  3. cook for 10 minutes, then add the olives.
  4. In the meantime, boil the pasta, drain it, season it with the prepared sauce, and serve.
