Teriyaki prawns

A quick and easy dish with a great taste and result

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
  • zest 1 lemon
  • 400g king prawns
  • 3-4 fresh onions, finely sliced
  • 1-2 zucchini, finely sliced
  • 100g of Basmati rice
  • Chili strings

Directions

  1. Mix teriyaki and sweet chili sauce with the lemon zest.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil, and sautee prawns until almost cooked.
  3. Set them aside on a plate.
  4. Cook the zucchini and the onions in the same pan, until they are ready.
  5. Set them aside on a plate.
  6. Steam the Basmati rice with a little water, adding some water, little by little when it gets dry
  7. Return pan to heat, add teriyaki and sweet chili sauce, and cook for a few minutes to thicken
  8. Place the prawns and vegetables in the pan and cook until they are well coated with the sauce.
  9. Serve on a bed of Basmati rice adding chili strings on top
