A quick and easy dish with a great taste and result
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
- zest 1 lemon
- 400g king prawns
- 3-4 fresh onions, finely sliced
- 1-2 zucchini, finely sliced
- 100g of Basmati rice
- Chili strings
Directions
- Mix teriyaki and sweet chili sauce with the lemon zest.
- Heat a pan, add oil, and sautee prawns until almost cooked.
- Set them aside on a plate.
- Cook the zucchini and the onions in the same pan, until they are ready.
- Set them aside on a plate.
- Steam the Basmati rice with a little water, adding some water, little by little when it gets dry
- Return pan to heat, add teriyaki and sweet chili sauce, and cook for a few minutes to thicken
- Place the prawns and vegetables in the pan and cook until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Serve on a bed of Basmati rice adding chili strings on top
